Lumacon Accolade Group: Engineered to Be Found

A complete website rebuild for a marine electrical engineering company trusted across superyachts, leisure craft, commercial and military vessels. The work reflects the same discipline Lumacon Accolade Group brings to their engineering, built for a market that expects to find exactly what it is looking for, first time.

The Challenge

Lumacon Accolade Group set the standard in their field, yet their website undersold it. What should have been a mark of authority instead became a website that was hard to use, overlooking both the mobile experience and how their ideal client would find them.

Our Approach

We rebuilt the site the way Lumacon Accolade Group approaches a vessel: engineered from the foundations up, considered down to the smallest component.

The redesign was led by an SEO and GEO strategy that transformed how Lumacon Accolade Group's website could be found in search. Structured mobile first, the rebuild brought structural change across most major sections, placing clarity and user experience at the forefront of the design. Built around their ideal client, the website now commands authority and conversion within their sector.

The result is not a faster website. It is a business finally presenting itself with the same precision it engineers into every vessel.

The Search Architecture

BCLR restructured Lumacon Accolade Group's website around technical SEO and GEO, the discipline of ensuring a business is understood and cited correctly by AI-driven search, not only ranked by traditional search engines. Schema markup was implemented across every core page, including the FAQ and product listings, giving both search engines and AI models an accurate, machine-readable account of Lumacon Accolade Group's services, locations and expertise, rather than leaving either to infer it.

Every image was rebuilt as a search asset in its own right: renamed, compressed and given descriptive alt text aligned to how clients actually search, replacing generic filenames that told search engines, and AI, nothing about what the business offers. Combined with the mobile-first rebuild, the result is a website structured to be indexed accurately, surfaced confidently, and cited correctly, whether a prospective client finds Lumacon Accolade Group through a search result or an AI-generated answer.

The Impact

Lumacon Accolade Group's website now performs with the same reliability as their engineering. It loads faster, ranks where it should, and is visible to the systems increasingly deciding what a prospective client sees before they ever reach a search page. Nothing about how they are found needs explaining anymore. It simply works, quietly, precisely, the way the best engineering always does.
